Training entry-level and upskilling candidates for construction and plant is one of the key pillars of the NIS training offer.
We offer learners entry-level and upskilling opportunities on industry-standard facilities at our sites in Wolverhampton and Coventry with a team of plant trainers who have decades of experience and knowledge in this safety-critical industry.
We take candidates who have progressed from our entry-level courses and are looking to move into plant operating, and deliver the training needed to access safety-critical construction sites.
Learners can gain theoretical and practical NPORS and CPCS training on rollers, dumpers, diggers and plant, not to mention completing their vehicle marshalling.
And we also provide a range of courses for plant workers to upskill, adapting the course structure to suit the needs of the employer, meaning learners will be able to immediately implement their new skills.
