JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Business Development Manager at NIS, you will be accountable for developing robust relationships with prospective clients within designated geographical regions. You will work closely with business units within the group in order to deliver an exceptional Training experience for learners through best in class delivery. You will be expected to work under your own esteem at times and provide training and development solutions for learners, commercial clients and funding providers by ensuring our training provision meets the demands of industry and is always fit for purpose.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Winning new business through engaging prospective new customers to the group and delivering outstanding service.

  • Effectively managing stakeholders as well as proactively building effective Internal and External partner relationships.

  • Pro-actively build data around learner recruitment, achievement,employment and industry retention.

  • Identify opportunities to support clients long term recruitment and resource objectives.

  • Running recruitment and education events to build awareness of the NIS brand and training services.

  • Work with governmental bodies to reduce unemployment and enhance work opportunities for those seeing you enter the world of work.

  • Collaboratively working with other departments to enhance the company reputation at all times.

  • Responsible for on boarding of learners to sector specific courses.

  • Building a network of contacts that will help to achieve great learner outcomes by driving pro-active business development within the local community and further afield.

  • Work towards company objectives and perform to NIS KPI’s.
